This program focuses on the study of current issues within your specific industry but also critically looks at potential future developments. You will learn how to develop counterintuitive strategies for changing geopolitical realities. Finally you will be able to craft sound capability to manage clients in country but also internationally. Your ability to execute global strategy will be enhanced.
Upon completion, fellows will be fluent at analyzing a conflict, understanding the dynamics between the parties, and determining the appropriate method of conflict resolution. You will also develop an understanding of conflict dynamics and the art and science of negotiation. This program will ensure participants gain the critical know-how to apply negotiation and conflict resolution techniques in one accord.
This program aims to help students understand the relationship between psychology and emotional intelligence . Students will also be able to recognize and understand the emotional responses that drive their own and others behavior, and develop effective strategies to manage and regulate these emotions to achieve personal well being and positive relationships.
This area of study dives into the analysis and explanation of how external factors such as social norms, cultural values, and environmental stimuli influence individual behavior and decision making, and apply this understanding to develop evidence-based strategies for promoting positive behavior change and improving mental health outcomes.
Students will become seasoned through developing analytical thinking skills and an innovative mindset. They will also be able to approach complex problems with a systematic and logical approach, identify and challenge assumptions, generate and evaluate creative solutions, and effectively communicate and implement novel ideas to address real-world challenges and opportunities.
Participants will gain critical knowledge of how to evaluate the impact of policies on conflict resolution and analyze the role of various stakeholders in policy implementation, and develop effective strategies to address policy gaps and promote sustainable peace-building practices that address the root causes of conflict and promote social justice and human rights.
Students will gain insight of how to conduct analysis of the causes and consequences of conflicts, develop skills in negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution, and evaluate the effectiveness of diplomatic initiatives to promote peace , justice, and human rights, preparing them to engage in informed and constructive efforts to prevent and resolve conflicts at local, national and international levels.
